The PERFECT Beach Body

If you’ve clicked on this title I can assume that you’re interested in the perfect beach body. Though before I continue, let's just acknowledge that perfect is a subjective term, right? Tell me! Is your perfect beach body strong with abs?

What about lean?

Model slim?

Slim/thick with ample curves?

What’s your preference?

What does the idea of "the perfect body" mean to you? For me, I once was told that if I lost 15 pounds I’d be perfect and soon after told that, “people would pay money for those curves.” Rather than picking and choosing which side of the spectrum I wanted to take to heart, I decided to let it all fall on deaf ears because


opinions are just that… opinions.


How you achieve the perfect beach body is simple:

You eat well, exercise regularly, and when you look in the mirror each day, you never fail to be kind to yourself.

Cellulite is common.

Stretch marks are standard.

And those love handles and that belly pouch that you just can’t seem to get rid of... I can assure you that you’ve joined the majority club, not the minority.

I understand that it’s in our human nature to want better, and we should! Keep your standards high ladies. BUT - The key is to not trade our high standards for self love.

That is not a trade off you should be willing to accept. I say, "Everything in moderation - even perfection".

After all, the term ‘perfect’ is like that pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.

No matter how close we get, we will always be a few steps away… So how about we stop chasing rainbows, shall we?

The secret to the perfect beach body is simple:

Try your very best to be the best version of yourself and then love yourself anyway.

After all, wouldn’t you rather be loved than perfect?
